Share your Laughter Stories

I am co-authoring a book with Arlene R. Taylor PhD on the brain and laughter.(www.arlenetaylor.org).

We need your Stories about the benefits of Laughter!

The book will contain current scientific laughter/humor research along with stories about the healing transforming benefits of laughter.

I have personally witnessed miracles of laughter.  No doubt many of you have, as well. This is an opportunity for you to share personal stories or experiences about people with whom you have laughed.

On a personal note, I am grateful that I have laughter yoga in my life.  The saying, "Laughter is the Best Medicine" really is true.  Because of my passion for the practice, I lead laughter clubs 3 or 4 days every week, host a laughter TV show that is currently airing on 3 stations, regularly facilitate laughter leader certification courses, and speak to a variety of audiences.

Of course we want the life changing stories, you or your laughter club members who have used laughter as an antidote to pain, grief, chemo, cancer . . .  we also want the stories about laughter and relationship, laughter in the work place, laughter supporting your productivity and creativity, how you feel when you participate in a laughter club, how you feel when you miss a weekly club meeting or one of the daily laughter calls.

I am look forward to hearing from you. Please share this message with people you laugh with – the deadline for stories and limericks is June 1st, 2010. Include permission to include them in the book.

Remember:  You can send your story or anecdote by email, snail mail, phone call, Skype session, or live interview. If you don’t know where to begin, let’s talk and I’ll write the store for you.

My contact information is below.

Thanks
